3 February 2007 : South of England Veterans Cross Country Championships

The training and racing schedule of Paul Spowage has been blighted this season
with illness and injury, but when he has been able to race, it has been to a
high level. This was demonstrated on Saturday in the South of England Veterans
Cross Country Championships where he finished 11th overall and 9th V40. The 10k
course was a little long for his liking, but in a strong field this was a good
performance.
